AVM Message not changed since 05/01/02

I did my finger printing at the Columbus OH Service center on 1st May 2002. However the AVM message still says that ' A finger printing notice was sent to you on April15th If 14 days.... '

Any one from Columbus OH having done fp in May with AVM unchanged please post

Same Boat...

I am in the same boat, my FP are done on May 8 but AVM is not updated yet. It still says that FP notice has mailed to me in JAN.
 
Same with me, given FP on April 30th(NC ,Manual FP) but the AVM hasn't been updated for both of us . Meanwhile received Re-FP for wife saying FBI couldn't process her first .Currently she is in India and will be back in Aug ,so we are planning to get it done at the INS Local service center.
When I contacted FBI in the first week of May , they said they had already forwarded the results to INS but didn't give me the details. Spoke to IIO after getting the Re-FP notice for wife to find out about my FP but she couldn't find any updates in her database ( after the first FPs were sent on April25th).
Not sure what's the status , any thoughts on this ?

from what i understand The fbi only says if they recieved the fp and when they sent the results to the INS . The FBi does not indicate if the fp were readable or not. If the fp was unreadable it is upto the INS to reschedule The database will be updated when a readable fp is done.You may want to check if any other nearby servcie center have the electronic fp machine

This AM there was another post regarding AVM uodate.

I guess that the AVM just not updated

Please post if ur AVM is updated.

Our AVM message has never changed. It still says "Your I485 petition was receive on 08/23/2001......." which happens to be the ND on the I485 receipt.

Even after when we received the FP notice we expected the message to change and it has not changed.
