AVM malfunction?

AVM said that my receipt number (WAC#) is incomplete. But it used to say it is taking 975 to 999 days blah, blah, blah.... Any idea what is going on?

It also happened to me couple of weeks back! I am absolutely sure that I entered proper WAC# number but first time it said incomplete number and after entering it again just got disconnected (I know that if we enter invalid number twice it will simply disconnect). I have a phone with caller ID so I can see what is the number(s) I punched in and I was absolutely sure that I didn\'t make any mistake!

I called again immediately and that time it didn\'t give me any trouble! Just kept on singing "processing resumed" message for my case.

So, you are right some times it does work wierdly! Make sure you entered proper number and if you are sure, just hangup and call back.
