AVM is not updated, any similar experience

Wife did FP Nov 8, but until today, AVM message still says old message" yourI-485 was received on blah, 985 days ...."
Is this mormal? Anyone has similar experience?

if ur RD is before May 1, 2001 , the AVM will not be updated since new FP system implemeted on
28 sept. does it for RD > May 1,2001.
If your RD after May 1, then i don\'t know why it is not updated.
i did fp on 10/30 and AVM updated on 11/16 saying FP collected , pending review.
rd may 14, 2001,
nd- july 13,2001.

nd 08/22/01
fp done 11/23/01 scheduled on 11/23/01
ead received on 11/18/01

AVM message still the same taking between 975 to 999 days to process this type of cases.
