Hi guys :
  My AVM message changed to approved with an approval on Feb 10th. Can anybody tell me how much time does it take for the approval letter ? Also, do both the attorney and I get a copy ?

EB3 PD 9/96 ND 8/99 RD 9/99

Also, please answer this question if you can. How long does it take to get the approval letter after AVM message update

congrats. the letters(original to attorney & courtsey copy to you ) took exactly one week in my case.

May I ask what that RFE was about?.

Vinod, It takes about a week normally to get your approval letter.
You will get the Courtesy copy where as the lawyers will get the
original. You can use either for your stamping. Congrats!

Vinod, Congrats. My RFE response was received by VSC on 02/02 too. It\'s for Empl. Letter. Is your RFE was for empl. letter too? When did you AVM changed to approved. Today, or earlier?
Also, a friend of mine checked AVM on 02/06 and found out his case has been approved on 02/01 then he got the original letter in the mail on 02/08 stampt on 02/09. Hope this help.
