Hi,
I am working as a consultant on H1-B in CA and I am employed under my employer on percentage basis. I am planning to avail the SDI(State Disability Insurance) benefits available for CA employees. Is it possible for me to avail these benefits when I am on H1-B and am employed under percentage basis with my employer. Any inputs, suggestions are welcome.
