checked with vsc today .... the message was updated to "a letter has been mailed on oct 20th. requesting additional info"
any takes on how long vsc takes to process an rfe .... ?

No Idea...
My RFE was recieved by VSC as of October 12th.
I called last week, they told me it is under review.
Will keep updated..
My RFE was just employement letter.

My RFE got INS on Oct. 19th, but the auto message changed to "it needs 90-180 to review the information, due to delay, it may need 180 days".
Does everyone get the same message after sent out the RFE?

When I called IIO, he told it is been received on October 12th
and it is under review.

when did u send the rfe (employment letter) i mean date of posting; was it during the audit??

congratulations!! It seems yours is done almost. I guess it is taking 2 weeks to approve the case after rfe is received by INS. My dates are also pretty close to yours. May be I will also check the voice message system tonight.

My RD/ND are 8/13/1999 and 09/04/1999.
