auto phone answer

the auto phone answer for me was "file not found" but now "process takes 240 to 365", does the change mean anything?

my case change the message"240 to 360 days....blablabla",about 3 months a go,and yesterday(01/08/2001)i heard the magic words"case approvall".
MY ND:03/2000.
