Australian winner, what happens next?

I was lucky enough to be selected and to receive a green card, but have a few questions that I am unsure about.

I received an email from the Consulate General of the United States, over a USCIS Immigrant Fee that needs to be paid. I'm a little unsure of what one I have to pay. Is it the one found on this link? http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/us...nnel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

Second question, when I was getting all of my documents ready for the interview I filled out a form the was asking if i would like to receive correspondence by email, which i filled out and sent back to the National Visa Centre. Yesterday I received a letter, along with my original form sent telling me that they have searched their records and were unable to locate my petition.

Do i just need to send this form back to them, now that my interview was conducted or is this form only necessary if I wish to receive emails from them? I a bit confused over this.

Hi kester, did you not pay that new fee they brought in on Feb 1st of this year? It's above and beyond the DV fee you had to pay at your interview. You're supposed to have paid it online before POE and kept the receipt to show them. That's what I understand of your question, but correct me if I'm on the wrong track. That reminds me, I have to pay ours real soon because we're heading off next week already.

As far as your second question, that is rather confusing. Perhaps they're the ones that are confused? Like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No interdepartmental communication. Perhaps ring them?
