Question for people who received their passport

Guys,

My visa was issued on 11/7/03, but still has not received my passport. I am posting this question for people who already received their passport.

For billing purpose I put my credit card number on the self addressed FedEx envelope, which is to be used by the state dept. to send my passport back. I am hoping this is the most common way used by other folks on this forum. Could you guys shed some light on what was your mode of payment for return envelope?

I still do not see my tracking number on FedEx web site.

RamFan,

Normally Pre-paid envelopes of FedEx, UPS or USPS are sent.
I checked with many of my friends but no one used the credit card mode. Why don't you call DC office and check the position?

hi ramfan,

chk the post by mrm1989 couple of pages back in this thread. his visa was issued on the same date as you (on friday 7th), but fedex pickup hpnd on 11th, so urs may be next in line too. some ppl use fedex account #s for the return envelopes, but i guess credit card(if it is still valid as of this date) may work too, anyways,
chk back ur tracking # again on fedex.

Does anybody know, if they work on wednesdays? We do not have anybody who's DC date was Sep. 3 or 4. So, we may not be able to track the progress for next 2-3 days.

Are there any Applications for DC dates Sep3rd and Sep4th at all , I guess the corresponding SL dates must be Saturday and Sunday may be I am too optimistic but if that is the case next is Sep 5th DC dates lets see.

My visa was approved on 11/06, and I still see nothing on my Fedex tracking yet. Is this normal? Worried...

I just called trying to get my DC date but the Visa office is closed today.

I just called the visa office, the lady this time was really nice and my Visa was approved on Monday 11/10, she said that I might get it by the end of the week.
