August to October'02 Tracker

Looks like no one else filed during these time frame. My RD 8/13/2002. Only filed I 140 (Employer policy!!).

So far, i have not heard anything. Would like to know if anyone else also filed during this period and waiting for the approval.

INS changed the status message for I140…. Did you people observe this?

It is taking between 90 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
