August/September 2001 Receipts

You seem to be like us, whose AVM is not updated after the FP. But for you the big day seems to be approaching soon (RD in Aug. 2001!).

I would appreciable, if you could post here the progress of your case (i.e. approvals, stampings, Plastic CArd etc.)

PS. There may be others who have given their details and have dates earlier than yours, but they have not specified anything related to AVM.

When do you guys think RD in Sep 2001 be approved with the present trend where in RD 7/10/2001 are being approved.

Any guess work!!!!!!!!!!:p
 
Dec 2002 if we r lucky

trying to be realistic..as July 2001 RD will take at least till end of Oct,then Aug till end of Nov 2002 (dont forget June 2001 took almost 2 months),so I am hoping (my RD is Sep 2001,and ND Oct 2001),that r cases will be tackled around Dec 2002.
BUT*** - dont forget all these people go for vacations for
Labor Day.and then the major ones like Thanks giving,and Xmas..
so maybe next year...
we r really unlucky
 
may be in Oct/Nov.

Hang on guys! it will be sometime in October or latest by November. I think "number of filers in May/June/July are greater than August/September" filers. If my guess is true, our approvals will be sometime in Oct/Nov. Good Luck!

AVM was correct till last month, after the crash reverted back to the message saying FP notice sent in November etc.

I will be happy if approval comes before the end of this year.

I have been checking the case status almost every night, but don't see any change.
FYI: I spoke to an immigration officer on Friday! My personal opinion is... they are not helpful at all... in any way!! They can only say whatever they see in their reports like "INS is currently processing April cases and it will take nearly 6 months for your case to go to an Immigration officer. And we don't know how long its going to take!"
