I would like to start this thread to track August PERM cases filed in chicago.
Please provide following info.


My Information is:

Filed Date: 08/08
Email From DOL: Not received Yet
Phone Call From DOL:Not received Yet
Current Status: In process
Position is: Senior Software Engineer (B+5 exp or Master)

My info:

Filed Date: 08/01
Sponsorship Email From DOL: 08/01
Phone Call From DOL: No call, employer got an email.
Current Status: Inprocess
Position is : Sr. Software Engineer (BS + 5 Yr's)
RIR pending in DBEC.

I got all the info from my lawyer.

EB2 PERM status

Filed Date: 08/08
Email From DOL: Received and Employer responded the same day.
Current Status: In process
Position: Senior Software Engineer

Is there any receipt notice that I can ask my attorney? My attorney says the employer can create one sub-account and that is the one attorney uses. I don't think so we can access the status of the process because only employer and attorney can access it. Employer may not provide their userid/pwd because of confidential reasons.

Can you please post if you have a pending BEC case

It is great that all of you are sharing this info, can somebody maintain in excel spread sheet and attach the document. Another piece of information that might be helpful is to have is that whether you have a pending BEC case while you applied for PERM?

Status shows: In process.

Thank you for completing the online sponsorship verification questionnaire. All questions were acceptable and the case will continue processing. Expect to receive formal notification via letter concerning a decision at a later date

Update-August Chicago Case

Anyone got any update from Chicago, some people who filled in AUGUST are getting approval within a week.

My application filled on august 03 and currently final review, i see most people filled in august are still waiting more than two weeks.

Great
But I heard that DOL shows "In process" status only until it is certified or denied.
Did you see your status as "Final Review" ?

In Process since 08/16

Have pending RIR but did not elect to retain PD

Denied

My case was denied today. I will post the reason after get the letter from DOL.
I never received either email or phone call from DOL.
If you don't receive email or call means your application will be denied with in two weeks.

Mr.Murthy,
Do you know why yours was denied ? If you don't mind, can you please tell what is the size of your company and the job description ? I am just trying to find what led to denial. Also, what is this e-mail that you are talking about. Is it something that you can find out from your lawyer ?

Chicago PERM certified!

I just got an email from my lawyer today that he has received a copy of my certification.
Details:
Applied: 8/12/05
Exp Reqd: MBA + 0 years
It was for the position of a market research specialist.
Certified in 6 days!

Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and hope you guys hear some good news soon too!
