I see that almost all the august filers have been approved. Not me!
Is there any use...calling the IIO? I had called a few weeks ago and they had said that my case was being reviewed and everything looked good.
I dont understand ...I see Sept filers getting approved ...
wondering what happened to my case.
To their credit ...the IIO did say it could take a few weeks
just wondering how many???

no august filers???

Am I the only August'01 filer around? I thought there were more!!
Now I am really worried.......
 
ME too. Rd August 23,2001. MY I-140 was approved for Consular processing. INS needs to call back papers from the consulate office. One possibility for delay. Do you have a similar situation?

Still there RD 8/15, no change in address or job. Told by both IIO and lawyer to not call till end of Sep.
 
Aug 3rd still waiting

I had called the IIO 2 weeks back and was told that my case under review and you should hear a descision soon it can be 2 days or 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks are up and now September filers are getting approved. The problem is that I need switch over to full time and the company is waiting for my GC approval and its taking longer day by day. Right now I am working a contractor and the companies is now desperate to see my approval since its costing them a fortune to keep me as a contractor. All the best everyone.
