I just checked the INS site. I was approved yesterday!
It did not show up until later today--I checked at lunchtime. So definitely the on-line system works but is a little slow!

Here are the details:

RD August 17, 2001
ND Oct. 12, 2001
FP February 22, 2002
RFE received (by me) 8/27 (letter dated 8/19)--employment--last two payslips, last two years of taxes and w2s
RFE received at VSC 9/13
AD 9/25

EB1, Pittsburgh, PA

One more Aug gone..
Today I have already seen......

AUG.....SEP.....OCT.....NOV CASEs...........

Thats 4 months goin on.....

I will pray for all of you to get your approvals soon.
I have read so many of these and thought it would never happen.

At least it means that VSC are working through the audit.

I will also stay around for a bit. Thanks to Rajiv for maintaining this site and to all of you for helping me through this. Without this, I would have gone crazy.
