Guys, People on this web site know me for a long time. I am not the one to start rumors and personally do not believe in rumors.

DISLAIMER: I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAN WHAT I HAVE HERE. MY ATTORNEY IS A VERY VERY BUSY LADY AND IS ONE OF THE MOST WELL KNOWN IN AMERICA, here is what she tells me (I quote from her email):

"I am getting a mixture of approvals ranging from early 2001 to as late as September 2001."

I know one of friend\'s case got approved which has August RD and He is from VA.

This morning they got RD 8/01 and 7/01

I agree with sidr. But you are right as well that one has all the rights but its only a suggestion to greatyk. Overdose at times frustrates people that they may not post the details. greatk and another_wish are over dosing people with this thing and its really annoying. By the way I have my info posted on rupnet but b\'cos of seeing this topic \'post details..\' i feel why I posted my info there

some clarification needed folks !!!!!!!

Guys,
I am going to India sometime next week and my 485 petition is in pending. I got advance parole and EAD around 3 months back. My current H1 is not stamped in the passport(got new I-94 with expiration in next year ie 2003). My question is :

If I go to India on Advance Parole, will there be any problem(leaving US in not a problem) but when I come from India do I will have any problem since in passport VISA is not stamped. I beleive not, since I have the advance parole. How about when I leave from Delhi Airport in India?
Guys please respond as I have very less time to decide.

August Approvals

A guy at my site had his passport stamped a couple of
weeks ago. He is Aug RD and from Nigeria. I don\'t know
if country makes a difference.
