Hi , my I 140 and 485 along with EAD AP were filed from vermont center around Monday - 08/15/05. my lawyer hasnt received any Receipt date or notice date untill today 8/18/05.

Anyone in the same boat.

check your bank statements for check withdrawal. you will have your file number on the back of the check stub. got mine like that (RD 08/22/05)

My 140/485 (EB2 Labor Sub) were sent to VSC on Aug 18, 2005 and my lawyer received the file numbers/receipts on Aug 30.
