Lets start a new thread for concurrent filing of I-140 I-485 in August 2004....

EAD approved on March 9, 2004 after RFE
AP approved on April 5, 2004
I-140 RFE raised and waiting for my attorney to send an reply to USCIS.
FP Not yet
 
Another August 2003 filer here.

EAD AD: 11-07-2003
I-140 AD: 03-18-2004
I-485, EAC-03-242-xxxxx AD: God knows.
FP: God knows.

I140/I485 concurrent filed:
ND: 08/20/2003
I140 AD (after RFE): 12/30/2003
EAD AD: 02/06/2003
AP AD: 02/09/2003
No FP yet.
AD: ???
 
140 and 485 filed concurrently on 8/21 - EB3
140 AD is 5/6/04 (no RFE)
No FP yet - no signs of it as well
EAD and AP will expire in Dec04
 
According to tracker VSC works on 7/22/2003 EAC03-215 applications.
We should see some movement for August in a month.
 
I don't understand how did you come to such a conclusion ... please clarify. Also are you talking about I140 or I485 or both?

According to your spreadsheet latest scan date is for 07/22/2003 (EAC03-215).
My guess that USCIS works on on case filed before that date.
and nothing happened yet to I-485 filed in August 2003.
 
EAC03-215 is my date ... that's the only reason the scan stops there.

im also an august 2003 eb3 - concurrent filer,,,, rd -08/11/03
i140 ad - 06/02/2004, no rfe's
i485 ad - dont know when,,,,, nd is 08/25/2003 eac 03-239-52xxx
no finger printing notice received yet
1st ead ad - 10/27/03

EvgenY: how did you find out the VSC tracker working on 7/22/2003 cases.Please let me know we have eac03-231 case

I based my finding on nemessis's spreadsheet. But he says that he tracks cases only up to EAC03-215 (his date).
Still you could see a trend
EAC03-195 has 144 FP received
EAC03-215 has 9 FP received

I scanned your EAC03-231. It has only Received status.
 
If you or somebody else are willing to do the initial scanning for EAC03-220, 225 etc (every fifth day) until the end of FY2003 we'll have a complete picture. I cannot do any more initial scanning to sort the I485 cases since I already have ~14000 cases in my database, it take me a while to scan them and I am running out of proxies ... I don't want to waste the proxies I have for initial scanning but for updates.

I got locked by INS site after couple hundreds scan. Is any other ways to use proxy for scanning ?
 
Try to find a proxy that works ... you can use it to scan only 250, if less that means somebody esle is using that proxy. Go to google and search for free proxies ... good luck and e-mail me, if you want, the results of the scan, or you can do the update by yourself and send me the results to merge them with the rest of mine and we can post them together.

As I said before I cannot do any INITIAL SCANNING because I won't be able to do the updates, running out of proxies. To do the initial scan, usually there are ~5000 cases for a specific date, that means 20 proxies ... I barely have enough to use for updates. If you want to do the initial scan I will add it to my database for weekly update.

i was talking to my attorney and she said hopefully in next two three weeks shes gonna reply back to the RFE (raised for my I -140). Does anybody have any idea how long is it gonna take after that.
 
just got an email from uscis after approval of my i140 last june 02, 2004, they transferred my i485 application to local office which is Hartford, CT last June 09, 2004. just wondering what is going on, i havent got any finger printing notice though.

can someone comment on this? i would appreciate that..

by the way, im eb3 concurrent filer,, nd 08/25/2003
