ND 08/2002 NIW transferred Newark, NJ on July 30,2004, I am nervous !

Hi, there,

Just got 6 emails from INS, our cases( wife, kid and I ) tranferred to Newark local office July 30,2004. We did 2FP on 05/25/2004, No RFE. LUD reads July 30, 2004.

The fact is that currently I am not in US, and I dont have a job offer in US. but I have valid AP to enter. The truth is while my wife and kid are consistently staying and working in US in the past 2 years, I spent 4 months in yr 2003 and 6 months in year 2004 working on a project abroad.

I have two questions:
1.what is current timeframe in Newark to schedule a interview ? when am I expecting a interview in Newark?
2. When asked for employment letter and paystubs, may I provide a future employment letter ( intention to work in US after approval, but no recent paystubs) to satisfy the INS requirement, as I am NIW filer ?

I am really nervous, what am I supposed to prepare right now ? Gurus, appreciate your advice, thanks a lot !!

8/2/2002 is 485 receipt date,
gosh even october, nov /02 are approving,
I am done with 3rd EAD, 2nd FP couple months back.

pls reply folks..

Take it easy. There are a lot of Aug 02 filers who haven't yet received their 2nd FP notices also. Hang in tight there buddy.
 
what time itis updated?

hi,

does any one know, what time the VSC updates the website.
I.e I don't need to check every minute right ? :D :D
or what time they send emails?

finally it is smiled on me. got approved on 2 weeks back and didn't notice.
finally printed out the "your case has been approved from internet" and
infopass .. man it is a rollarcoaster ride.

anyway goodluck to all.

I know I must be the last one in august :( but i was the first one on august by notice date.

:) howlong should we wait for the plastic :) :D

Everything is the same, just FP2 were done one month back, and still waiting

...FP2 April 14 2004, RFE (EVL) replied AND recd by USCIS on Sept 20th 2004... 485 RD- 2nd AUG-02...THE WAIT CONTINUES.....Senator and Customer svc inquiries done but no movement on case...last LUD 09-01-04.
 
Approved: RD 08/12/02

Finally, Our GCs are approved. After nearly 26 months of waiting.

FP 2- APRIL -2004
RFE JUNE 2004, LOST IN MAIL AND THEN FINALLY RECD BY USCIS IN SEPT-2004
485 APPROVAL OCT 2004
ALL THE BEST TO ALL FELLOW PENDING AUG APPLICANTS AND ALL OTHER APPLICANTS TOO!!!!
