What I have noticed is, ND before 08/26 have their FP scheduled, hopefully this week, ND after 08/26 should hear something.. How many of you updated Rupnet??.. If not, pls update....My id is "Umalakshman"...

Just one more thing if we keep 140 date so we can find out if there are any difference if 140 is approved or not.

How long to get receipt notice

My lawyer told me my I485 file had been reveived on Aug.29 according to the postal return notice. But my checkes haven't been cashed. Does anybody know how long it takes to get receipt notice?
 
My I-485 and I-40 have been filled on 8/29 still heard anything

How long is it taking for getting the receipt? I applied ( or I was told, it was applied) on the 22nd, I still have no clue about the receipt.,,, I thought the receipt notice wasnt taking that long, :confused:
 
last 10 days was really good moving. got approved AP also on 9/9/2002.

don't worry I also have the same Question about what they told us. 8/22 md will be at the most 8/31 RD.

Add 6-9 days for the receipt.

hope you get approved everything by october 15th. the reason, I
am adding 2 more weeks is that, crowd because of con-current. Oct 31 is at the worst.
