Are there any aug 2002 pending cases out there for I14O EB2?

Please post details here.

Also please list the first few digits of the EAC number.

Mine
Aug 20 2002 ND for 140
AUG 23 2002 ND FOR 485

eac start digits are eac02266*
 
Is there nobody who file 140 in Aug 2002.

I called them up and all I got was the standard response from the website.

Please update with aug filings here....
 
I-140 ND Aug 19th 2002 - got RFE for "companys' ability to pay" - Attorney will send the reply by this week-end.

I-485 - ND Oct 17th 2002.

My ND is Aug 20 for I140
Aug 23 for 485

Any clues from any of you there about when this case would be taken????

I-140 has been approved on July 21st 2003.

Concurrent filing

RFE RD - 7/15/03
AD - 7/21/2003

I-485 - ND Oct 17th 2002.

Ok finally got the RFE notice.

It is about "company's ability to pay salary"

I hope to get the necessary documents sometimes next
week.

Well finally after all these agonizing months my case was approved yesterday.

I140 ND - AUG 20 2002
RFE RD - AUG 5 2003
AD - AUG 19 2003

I148 ND - AUG 23 2002

Can any body tell me where will BCIS mail the approval notice to?

Will it to be to my office or to the lawyer or to my home address?
