Finally, never thought I would end up like this when I got my I-140 in a record breaking 2 months.

I am really very happy for you. I know we both have been through this name check issues and we have shared lots of pains on this forum together. I think now its time to really not look back about issues what we have been through and enjoy the future. Good Luck to you!

Congratulations!
Did you get your EAD3 approved right before the I485 approval? And what was your FBI name check response?
Do you think that the Expedite request did the trick or something else?

No, my EAD3 expires the coming August.

There we two response from FBI, one said delayed, the other a month later said done and sent to USCIS.

Expedite request got a form letter saying delayed due to lack of manpower, no predict on when it will get done.

Yes I remember that. I was waiting for I-140 after my layoff. I wanted I-140 approval desperately to get the benefits of portability. You got approval within two months. My I-140 got approval after year and three months.

It was a rough journey. Congratulations.
