Can you please let us know your MD, WAC#, AP, EAD dates for Tracking purpose? In the past you wrote that you mailed your I-485 application on 5/1! Because of any reason it came back?

Has anyone receive any FP notice for Oakland? It\'re really frustating to see few people from Oct. already receive FP notice while some in Aug. hasn\'t receive any. Oh well, it\'s a waiting game anyway. Hope got my EAD and FP soon.

Good News: Received FP Notice yesterday & DONE today.

Happy to inform that got the FP notice for both me & my wife yesterday and done today. Just 1/2 an hour job. Yet to get the AP/EAD approvals.
Details:
FP notice RD 29th Nov 01
FP scheduled 21st Dec 01
FP DONE 30th Nov 01.
ASC(Application Service Center): Phoenix
But my attorney hasn\'t got any letter. Ofcourse I got 4 letters (Me & Wife) about the same FINGER PRINT notification. May be INS would have wrongly sent the attorney\'s copy too to us.
The good thing is INS ASC is not checking your scheduled date for the FP. Ofcourse the Priority Date in your FP notice is your RD of I485, which in my case is 22nd Aug 01.
Moving one very important step ahead.

My Application was originally mailed on May 1st, 2001
It came back due to a lawyer snag. Remailed it on July 25
MD = July 25
RD = Aug 1
ND = Sep 1
AP = Oct 1
EAD = Nov 1
FP = Nov 25 Scheduled for Dec 22
 
EAD approved as per AVM

Waiting for Card.

RD: 8/1/2001
ND: 9/10/2001
WAC-01-279-x
Approved On: 11/30/2001
 
EAD for both me and spouse approved Nov 24 as per AVM.

Received spouse\'s EAD card in mail today. Awaiting mine.
