IEAD: What all is needed

I am planning to go for my interin EAD on thursday. Do you guys know as to what all is required? What forms? What all is needed from my lawyer??

better download I765 application form from internet. fill it and carry it with you. Make a copy for your receips of I485 & I765(EAD), INS won\'t return to you. INS didn\'t required I485 receipt for my iEAD.
 
AVM Updated For FP and EAD Approval

Checked with AVM with WAC number .
For I-485 it says,they have received the FP on 16 th Nov and its is Pending Review .

For I-765 ,It says the EAD is approved and the card has been ordered and will be sent once it is ready.

For I-131 - Nochange
