August 2001 RFE CASE STRANGE MESSAGE PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I got an RFE which I have submitted to INS and they have recvd it also. Can any one tell me how much time will it take more?. The msg says this

"On January 27, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 540 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."

IS IT GOING TO TAKE 540 DAYS TO PROCESS MY RFE?
 
I replied my rfe during November ,mine also saying the same msg except my rd as nov 6th...so even we r still confused whether it`s going to take another 540 days...3 months passed away!!!!
Is anybody like me???:mad: ;)
