That's fake ......

I think that might be fake case, bcoz EAC- 03 -365 - XXXXX is not a valid EAC Number. First 3 letters (EAC) shows Service Center, next 2 digits (03) is the fiscal year and next 3 digits (365) will be the day of the fiscal year the petition filed. So there are only 365 days in calender year . (Fiscal year starts from October 1st to September 30th.)
