EB3 01 Jan 2002, Moved at least two month
EB2 01 Mar 2006 Moved another six month.......

My PD is Dec 2005 EB2. Filed our 485 in 08/2007 fiasco.

I got a online update last year that my case is transferred to local office. Wife got the same update 2 weeks back. Nothing at all after that.

Do I even have a chance to get any success out of this year's movement ?

Hi Did you request an official inquiry in your case it seems to be
current now. I am on EB3 with PD Feb 2002. I wonder if this will
be current for me next month ?

How long should I wait, till I can request an enquiry on my case ?

Hi,
How much time does it take to get GC after date becomes current?
We are returning to India for good in Sep-first week. Was wondering whether we can get GC before that?

Not that we need it but nice to have. What a timing USCIS!!!!
Any ideas? What happens, if I initiate a formal inquiry?
