EAC : EAC-01-012-xxxxx
INIDIA - EB2 category

Quick Question for Gurus of this fourm:

My wife went to India to see her family members who met with a major car accident and all 3 of them are in critical conditions. Now she may be back only after 3-4 months. Is that allowed for to stay in INDIA w/o stamping for 4 months ( here AP is valid) ?

Your advise and help is need for this questions.

Are you sure it is EAC-01 or EAC-02?

Yes... the EAC number starts with 01-012-xxxxx

It is not only my case. On the same day two of my other friends who's RD is 21-AUG-02 is also approved. I will ask them to post in this site , which very useful for us all.

She can come back using AC21 no time frame attached

She can come back using AC21. AC21 allows a person to come back only one time If AOS is approved while they are outside US. Check Sheela murthy chat forum.
