There are three
I can tell you about Shanker_Krishna as he posted his details till FP in immitracker quite sometime back and would have checked AVM late or would have updated after recieval of approval letter, though he is approved in march. He updated his info around April 6th I guess. I observed there is some delay in his final update.
There is another one posted by one of our friend here stating that his friend is approved whose RD is Aug 14th and ND Oct10 with EAC-02 series. The third approval is maggie1 who is unfortunately rejected by our rebels here. If you notice the approval dates of maggie1 and shanker_krishna, both approved on the same day. So maggie1 may also be considered another genuine guy.

As of Now the maximum ND date approved is:
Oct 10 for an AugustRD case &
Oct 4 for a July RD
and Aug RD case Oct 15 transfered to local.
So may be after 1 or 2 days, approvals before these days can be expected. I guess approvals seems to be a certain percentage of filers,every month. So we see approvals not completely happening for for a particular month(may be Jan or Feb or...upto september 2001)
