Hi all my friends,

Today out of frustration I called INS to change my address. I talked to a nice female. She told my case is under review. Then I asked whether It has been assigned to officer or not. She told yes it has been assigned and I should hear in 30 days.

My bad luck is I tried to change my Address to EAD renewal and I-485. But, My EAD is approved yesterday. I dont know what to do? Any help?

I have seen on this board, case under review means within two weeks or even sooner you are waiting to be approved. So don't worry you are almost there.
 
Hello,

Don't worry about appoval. Just notify your change of address.
If they mail your EAD to old address. It will go back to INS.
They will mail again.

Do your duty to notify and let them do their duty according their rules.

How many days after u move to new addr u have to notify INS ? I know that AR-11 is to be send within 10 days but does same 10 days limit is true to notify INS for I-485 appl. change of addr . too ?
