Aug 99 ND with no RFE- Still waiting

I see a lot of approvals for cases with RE with almost the same dates as mine. Anybody in the same situation?

All the approvals that were posted yesterday were RFE based. I believe that INS has still not started looking at cases like ours. This wait is very frustrating.

Not True. My case ND 08/19/99 got approved
with no RFE on 11/08/00.
