Aug 2004 I-140 approved

Hi everyone,
Here's my timeline..

Labor applied (CA state) Dec - 2001
Labor Approved Apr - 2004
RFE on labor in state (do not know what type of RFE and what lawyer replied)
infamous 151-031 code,Large publishing company based in LA

CSC EB3 own labor
I-140/485 concurrent filing
RD 08/06/04
ND 08/09/04

I-140 LUD's : 08/09/04
I-140 AD : 03/15/05

I-485 LUD's :10/27/04,12/15/04
(12/15/04 LUD was 'recd. results of fingerprinting and processing resumed)

EAD approved..(sometime in Sep/Oct)

No RFE's on I-140
Got e-mail last night saying I-140 is approved on 03-15-05


No word yet on I-485

congrats & thanks for updating us pdd123. Let us know if your 485 gets approved. Good to see August cases are getting approved. Hope CIS is working fast....
