Online message kept on changing the date every day after 08/12/04 saying the fingerprints are received..as of now it is as below...

On August 17, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
 
fp2 8/3/2004. last LUD 8/26/2004, 8/25/2004.

I also got emails from USINS, which is also shown on the USINS web site:

On August 24, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Anyone knows what does that mean? I don't have any request to USINS. The only thing I did a couple weeks ago was address change.
 
It looks like they are processing the I 485 applications based on the receipt date and updating the LUD for the FP2 cases in that order no matter how soon or later FP2 was done. Also i suspect that the Receipt dates that they are currently processing are different for different service centers.According to the processing Receipt date they are updating the LUD's. That's why we are noticing for some applicants who have done FP2 on 8/17 with RD of Jan /Feb 2003 got their LUD's updated where as for those who have done their FP2's prior to that date say 08/13 with Mar 2003 RD have no change in LUD.So it will be more useful if every one includes their RD, FP2,LUD and the service center name, to arrive at a meaningful expected processing date.
