You could get delay by the EB3 priority date backlog.

Do your lawyer tell you about that?
 
Received the email 1:eek:o pm from USCIS. said I-140 approved. I am very happy.
I-140&485 current RD 08/18/04
EB2, no PD on the receipt. (just found it and don't know why)
LC submitted 02/04 from NC.
No FP received.Only one LUD on I-140 which said it was approved and NO LUD on I-485.

I think it will be everybody's turn and hope you guys good luck. You don't know when it will come, but it will come soon :) .

I got my FP notice. i am scheduled for 02/08/05. No I didn't see any change in my LUD before my FP notice.

I have seen so may cases getting FP notices, those who filed in Aug 2004 but I haven't received mine yet. Don't they have any rules or guidelines to go by? God, it is frustrating.

Compguy 222, I guess is very lucky. He started his GC process in Nov 2003 in EB3 category and got his final approval in Jan 2005. 1 year and 3 months to get GC, WOW.

And here we are who spent just 38 months to get thru labor certification process.

Hope my day too will come soon ........... but when ??????

I am scared that my approval of I485 is affected by retrogression of EB3 category. Also my lawyer told me that there will be some new updates on April this year, cross the finger, hope the best.

You got the FP notice real quick, after your 140 approval. I got my 140 approved in 1st week of January, but I still haven't received my FP notice.

I just got the email stating my I-140 is aproved.
Soo happy, I have been waiting for more than 3 years to ge to this stage.
One more step to go.

How many of you (in this thread), who filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently in August 2004 and have received FingerPrinting notice, are from Atlanta?
