my nd is aug 25, 2003 and still hasnt received any fp notice either, but the other thing is, uscis emailed me saying that they transferred my i485 to hartford, ct local office last june 09, 2004, it's one week after my i140 approval date.... dont know what's really going on,,,,,

how about ur i485 application? was it transferred as well?

i am august 03 filer too.I haven't got FP notice yet.I think we should open a august 03 thread for I140/I485 filers.Even June july,august I-140 is untouched where as OCT<NOV< DEC I-140 are getting approved.My hunch is that:they are going to adjudicate these three month together as I-485 is ready for adjudication.
