Attorney screwing up medicals

My attorney adviced me not to submit medicals while applying 140/485.He's reasoning was primarily due to immense delays in 485 stage and since medicals are valid only upto one calendar year, i might have to redo agian.
Its been 18 mos since i filed 485, i am just wondering whether i should go ahead and voluntarily submit the medicals along with 485 receipt to USCIS or wait for RFE.
Just a bit scared since RFE would delay my case for couple of months. My lawyer is a tricky guy who is a partner of my consulting company and deliberately wants to delay my processing so he can make max. $$$ out of my billing , if RFE comes.

Just confused, pls help......

(all VSC)
485 RD = 03/28/03
FP1 = 05/08/03
EAD1 AD= 05/22/03
EAD2 AD = 08/16/04
FP2 (scheduled) = 09/17/04

What Docs to attach ?

Thanks for your suggestion. But do you know how to send form i-693 , i mean after i get the sealed envelope from INS certified surgeon, what else documents do i need to attach.
485 receipt etc.. blah blah.Any covering letter etc ?

Pls let me know.

Not sure about VSC but sure for CSC

Sometime in 2003 CIS decided to extend the validity of medicals till decision is made on 485. Can't give full details, but if search you will get the precise wording.

jish, you do not need to attach any other documents. put sealed envelope with copy of 485 receipt in another enveloper and send it to ur service center.

I would send this ASAP as it wont delay 485 processing.

Good Luck

Thanks
