Attorney says FP at CSC is done according to home ZIP code not ND

Guys,

My attorney says that FP is done according to home zip code
and not your ND.

If this is true, we need to analyse the latest ND\'s of the
FP notices by counties.

Then how can you explain the fact that either the applicant or his/her spouse only receives the FP notice.

Well,

They may go by Zip code and then
Last Name.

So if we lived in the same zip code,
then I would get my FP before you
(my surname starts with B, yours with S).

I should add my attorney works for a gigantic
law firm with offices all over the U.S.,
so they should know what they are talking
about.
