attorney recommendation for j1 transfer case

Could you recommend me a good attorney for j1 waiver transfer my attorney couldnt take care of j1 waiver transfer case to a VA hospital. Are you familiar with jan pederson or robert lubins firms in dc?

I heard good things about Lubin. The only gripe I have with him is that he is hooked up with one of those rip-off recruiting outfits that try to squeeze 25k out of pour souls looking for a waiver.

You might quote as high as $5K... and as low as less than $2K.

Lower cost does not mean that he/she is not qualified. I would ask any potential attorney if he/she has done any waiver transfer and how many. I think the key is to evaluate "extenuating circumstances".
