attorney question

My friend is having a nightmare with her greedy attorney.
She didn't even get her Labour Certificate yet, and she's wondering if it's feasible to change her attorney in between processing.
If you inform me with any experience, thoughts, and how it works, I would really appreciate.

You friend should have the option to hire another attorney to do the I-140 and I-485. However, I'm not sure if you can get your money back from the greedy attorney.
