Attorney for i730?

Did anybody’s beneficiary recently arrive the US and how long did it take for their EAD to be issued? I’ve been waiting for three months with no receipt number and I called the USCIS and there is no trace of the I-765 application submitted at the port of entry in their system. Any information on this would help. Thanks
My family came with i730 it took 7 months since i applied to get their visas stamped on the passport, after they landed in the U.S my wife got her ssn in a week automatically without applying but not the kids, kids i had to apply for them, later on all of them got their work permits without applying like in 2 months approximately. They arrived last January 2025

Usually it takes about 45 to 60 days after family arrives in the US. If you haven’t yet received your family’s EADs there is no other solution but to wait. But don’t worry, you will receive soon.

That’s right. It’s always about patience.
Just to update you, I received my family EAD last week. What I have noticed is the received date on the i-797 notice is a month and half after they arrived in US. It looks like the CBP at the airport doesn't send the documents immediately to USCIS. I hope you will receive yours soon.

@Joe w thank you for the update. I happy your family is out of this already. I would think CBP delays to send to USCIS because I called them and there’s no trace in their system. I’ll keep waiting as we always do.

@Joe w updating you as well that my family received their EAD today after almost 4 months since entry. Yeah USCIS received applications 3 months after submission to CBP. The journey continues! Your info above eased my worries and I appreciate it.
