Does anyone know any attorney who has filed LC through PERM successfully and can file in 2-3 months?

I am also looking for a good Attorney, who is much confident about PERM, successfully received PERM approval on EB-3, Programmer Analyst.

He is good. I would feel confident with him but their preparation time is 6 mths. I am looking for a lawyer who can file in about 2 -3 mths.
