Attorney at Fragomen

My company is hiring an attorney from Fragomen to start with my PERM application. But based on an annoucement from DOL on 06/02/08, all PERM applications filed by Fragomen will be audited by DOL. I don't know how long it will take for audit. Should I discuss with the HR of my company to change attorney? By the way, I am the first person in this company to apply for PERM.
 
Why would you go with the largest immigration firm in the world for your first case? I've heard they over-charge (up to 4x what we charge) and under-communicate, but I have never used them, so I could not confirm this. Also the audit thing would be a worry, but on the other hand, if you do an EB2 case, your case will likely get audited anyway. Try to chat with some other users on the site to see if they recommend any other smaller firms where you may get more "bang for your buck."
