Hi, guys:

I am thinkin to use one of these two attoneys in texas for my immigration petition: Paul Parsons & David Swaim. Do you have any experience with them?
Are they good? Please let me know.
Thanks a lot for your help!

Dont go with Paul Parsons

He Dude:

I have been working with Paul for the last several years. I would
not recommend that you go with him. He is not very cooperative
with clients. He charges a lot, but delivers little. He is
famous but does not put the money where his mouth is. In the last
four years he has changed his law assistant several times. I have
gone through my case with several assistants, and every time I
have to get the assistant up to speed on my case.

Further more, if you want to talk to him, forget it. See him?
I have better chance of meeting god.

Just because he charges lot does not mean that he is good.

Also avoid Wellington Smith. He is very clumsy and disorganized.

Hope you find it useful. I would go with any attorney in the US
so long as they are good. Dont get hungup on texas attorney.

Previously i used Jackson and Hertogs from California, eventhough
I was in texas. I have no problem. Also, I am dealing with
Rajiv Khanna. They are good too. I was able to ask Rajiv
any question I wanted. Plus the case officers are helpful.

I would strongly support you going with Rajiv Khanna.

Good luck.

thanks a lot

Thanks so much for giving me this information.

I have contacted him with e-mail and he asked me to go to Austin to meet with him. It sounds that he is very nice. Now I hestitate to meet him.
