Hi guys
I am seeking some expert advise or opinions or guidance for this situation.
Is it possible for a canadian immigrant in US on H1B to take his wife, who has H4 visa but no canadian status, to canada for a very short urgent trip. Has anyone any experience in this kind of scenario ? I understand its hard to get visit/tourist visa for the spouse of canadian immigrant because immigration matter is involved, has anyone applied for visa in this scenario ?
Any thoughts or advice are greatly appreciated.

Ca Visa app form ask for spouse details so if they know applicant is a spouse of a cdn PR will they issue visa ??

---------Yes I know 2 cases and Visitor visa was refused to spouse as husband had filed papers for spouse immigration to Canada and still papers were pending. I have knowledge of these 2 cases in Canadian High Commission, Delhi India.

------- You should provide the correct info or spouse details asked on the form, you have to take a risk, I see very less chance for Visa issuance, you will have to take chance by applying, nobody can give you guarantee that visa will be issued or refused
