I think INS officer who had picked up OCT 1/01 and some late Sep 01 RD cases has probaly left INS with gold coins after performing hard work. Our cases will probaly sit in his house ( guess he worked from his home) for a few months until INS finds out what to do with them. I feel this is the reason we are not seeing any action on our cases. I hope I am wrong..but somehow my heart tells me that I am right.

Guys and Gals, time to call those (Intelligent Informative Officers: IIO). Else, we will see our cases processed sometime in Oct 2003.

As Bobby V had posted some Officer had picked a bunch of cases (100). I think he is the lucky guy now enjoying long retirement in sunny and hot Florida.
 
I presume it is true for all RD's from 10/01-10/05. All these stupid IIO's never say anything promising

called at 1:30 EST held for 10 minutes spoke to IIO

Checked about my case RD Oct 1

IIO - It is just coming up. It is in the right place.

Me - So it has not been assigned?

IIO - That is right. We are procesing End Sep cases. Yours is October.

Me - I have seen some October approvals.

IIO - Yes. sometimes they pick up Oct cases but not generally.

Me - How long will it be before it is assigned?

IIO - Cant say. But it is in the right place.

Me - Does everything look good in my application.

IIO - yes it does.
