My wife was on an H-4 visa and just got her H-1B visa approved in the last week of May from Company A. Now, she has a full time job offer from Company B who is ready to transfer the visa.
However, my wife has not started working for company A yet and so does not have any paychecks. Below are the questions I would like to get answered,
1.What do we do next?
2.Can we submit the H-1 transfer without any paychecks? Do we need to give them any explanation?
