I-485 EB3 category filers in VSC using labor substitution and belonging to the countries affected by PD regression

If your substituted EB3 labor PD is < 1/1/2002, you may email the following details to <symurti@yahoo.co.in>

PD from your substitute EB3 labor
I-140 ND & AD (if approved)
I-485 ND
FP date (if already done)
Current I-485 online case status - RECEIVED / FP RECEIVED & PROCESSING RESUMED / RFE SENT / RECEIVED RFE RESPONSE / TRANSFERRED etc.

Subsequently, please post or email <symurti@yahoo.co.in> any online case status changes after 1/1/2005. Please do not report any LUD only changes, report case status changes only.

You may include your email id so that any case progresses in labor substitution cases can be broadcasted by email to you.
I am sure in the coming few weeks, this information sharing will help us in assessing whether there is any impact on our I-485 cases due to PD regression.

The objective is to check that email box and consolidate all the details. You may alternately keep posting any updates on this thread too.

BTW, what does your current online case status show?
