I am going to send my waiver forms to the consulate in san francisco for attestation but i wanted to know whether i need to send the original passport or just the copy. Please help
You have to send your ORIGINAL passport. They will send it back to you, so make sure you pay for the return mail too. It is better to send pre-paid self addressed envelop for the return mail to get your documents and passport.
