attention May-Sept 01 (ASC: Atlanta)

I filed my I-485 in May 01 and got receipt date Aug 01. No FP yet. Called TSC and was told to wait. Sent letters to Congressman and Senator complaining TSC\'s ramdon FP, no response. Anyone in the same boat? Like to know if collective effort could make things moving. Luis

Filed I-485(EB3) with TSC on Jul/01 and got the receipts and EAD but no fp. I live in Raleigh.

It looks like this FP issue is perculair to people in the atlanta region. atlanta i heard is the most inefficient ins local office. it shows in the quality of staff they have. LC was a big pain in the state of georgia. very inefficient.

I mailed a complaint letter to Bob Barr and Max Cleland

The only response I got so far was from Barr asking to contact the local office and sign a release, which I have already done so, and was told by this local assistance that there was nothing she could do.
Would you all like to try to fax to senators a complaint letter about TSC, altoghether on a same day?
