Scheduling can take several months. That office will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case.

receipt date is 04/26 - transfer date is 05/03/2002 ..Can it possible

Could be one of those cases transferred to Maryland.

Might be a special case

- like age out case or EB1 category. Its only a unique case and just by this we can't assume INS has become so generous and fast.
