Attention:I-485 to NSC or TSC

hello forum members,
please share your experience. USCIS says all EB based I485 should be addressed to NSC. however, people are sending to NSC or TSC.
(1)if you sent to NSC, NSC forwarded to TSC if I140 is approved from TSC.
(2)if you sent to TSC and I140 approved from TSC, is TSC sending back to NSC? I think "NO", is there any "YES" answer??
(3)If you sent to TSC and your I140 approved from NSC, is TSC sending back to NSC?? is there any "YES" answer??

Dont worry buddy, your 140 was approved on TSC, just send your 485 to TSC, if you send it to NSC they'll forward it to TSC.

My 140 was approved in NSC, but I sent my 485 to TSC and thye kept it. EB1 cases are easy,they dont even bother forwarding them back to NSC.

I see that you have AP approved, I was wondering say you have a new H1 approval notice but no visa stamp on your passport. Do you still need to go for visa interview abroad if you travel or you can just use your AP? Please find out from your lawyer.

you don't need to get your visa if you are going to use AP for your foreign travel.

hi tipotodo,
i did not ask for me. i sent my i485 to NSC and they forwarded to TSC. i am fine. I was just asking about the statistics which will help other members. i saw lots of postings where people ask where to send their i485. this is just to share difference experiences that i listed from 1-3. we just like to learn how USCIS people works in different centers.we know TSC vs NSC about I140!! how about i485. is name check (NC) faster in TSC than NSC?? is TSC does not care about name check or does faster than NSC?
